A safe, confidential, nurturing and non-judgemental counselling environment where you can make sense of your individual circumstances, feel listened to, understood and supported during the process of change  reaching a point where you are better equipped to manage the inevitable challenges of life.

A bespoke service based on an integrative counselling model incorporating elements from person centred approach, solution focused therapy, cognitive and behavioural therapies, psychodynamic therapy, NLP, mindfulness, personal coaching to meet my clients’ needs. Each session lasts for 50 minutes.

Short-term one-to-one counselling (normally a minimum of six sessions, but adjustable as mutually agreed) for specific issues such as phobias, relationship or family problems, difficulties at work.

Long-term one-to-one therapeutic work for a deeper exploration of depression, anxiety, trauma, substance and sexual abuse, death of a loved one and other issues;

Counselling and psychotherapy for individuals and couples, young people, adults and older adults of various backgrounds, cultures, religions and sexual orientations;

Skype therapy sessions as a flexible option for peple who cannot attend one-to-one sessions;

Help in addressing many situations that cause emotional stress such as the following, but not limited to:

An initial counselling session during which you will have the opportunity to talk about the issues that have brought you to therapy. Then you can make your own decision about returning for further sessions;

Regular reviews for long term counselling to check if the therapy is working for you and what still needs to be done.
